- Cloud Services: Subscription-based features (e.g., video storage, AI alerts) hosted on Syvax infrastructure.
Exclusions:
- Third-Party Services: Data processed by non-Syvax integrations (e.g., vendor SDKs, APIs) falls under their respective policies.
- Hardware-Specific Practices: Local data collection by device manufacturers (unrelated to Syvax connectivity) is governed by their privacy terms.
Note: Supplemental notices may apply for specialized features (e.g., facial recognition).
Geographic Availability:
Our Services are available in select regions, including the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
We do not offer services in jurisdictions where our current infrastructure or legal frameworks are incompatible (e.g., due to data localization requirements).

2.3 To ensure the stable operation of Syvax or implement related functions, we will integrate some software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve the aforementioned purposes. The third-party SDKs we have integrated are listed in the following inventory. You can access the data usage and protection rules of these third parties through the links or paths provided in the directory. Please note that due to reasons such as version upgrades and policy adjustments, the types of personal information processing by third-party SDKs may change. 3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery Account management, alerts, troubleshooting. Product Improvement Software updates, feature enhancements. Analytics Usage trends, performance optimization. Marketing Promotions (opt-out available). Security & Compliance Fraud prevention, legal obligations (e.g., court orders).

1 The United States 1.1 Identity Verification This section aims to inform California consumers of their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). As we offer a uniform form of service, this section also applies to customers in other regions of the United States. According to CCPA and CPRA, we constitute an “enterprise”.
1.2 Rights of Data Subjects According to the CCPA and CPRA, consumers in California have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information. California consumers also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by enterprises and are entitled to exercise California’s privacy rights without discrimination. We will not sell or share the personal information of California consumers (as defined by California law), nor will we discriminate against consumers on the basis of privacy rights requests. Furthermore, we will not use or disclose sensitive personal information, so users do not need to exercise restricted rights under California law. We will respond to consumers’ requests within 45 days.
1.3 Do Not Track (DNT) We will Not continuously Track our customers on third-party websites to provide targeted advertisements, and therefore will not respond to the “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal.
